Throughout the evening, twelve types of meat are cooked over the embers of the parrilla. They are accompanied by salads from their own farm, all enhanced with a typically French touch: potato gratin.

The estancia also has its own farm where you can discover Argentinian country life through a variety of unique experiences: taking part in cow milking, assisting with cattle branding alongside one of the gauchos, harvesting fruit and vegetables from the kitchen garden, collecting fresh eggs, shearing sheep and even cutting flowers to arrange your own bouquet.
