    THE EXTRAORDINARY

    It is with the idea of passing on culinary know-how that the establishment has opened its doors to female cooks who have never been to catering college but who have learned everything from their mother: the guarantee of authentic cuisine. Upon arrival, they undergo training to complement their skills and learn how to use produce in its entirety, so that nothing goes to waste. At the Riad, all fruit and vegetables are in season and come from a local producer who practises sustainable agriculture.
