    THE EXTRAORDINARY

    For a few hours, you will step into the shoes of a scientist as you set off to discover the underwater world alongside an expert for a face-to-face encounter with manta rays and whale sharks. You will have the privilege of boarding a dhoni, a traditional boat, and sailing into the heart of the Baa Atoll to observe them in their natural habitat. Throughout the day, you will help record information on the lives of these marine creatures that will be useful for their conservation: an experience to be enjoyed between June and October.

    The Four Seasons Landaa Giraavaru hotel is actively leading numerous projects dedicated to the protection of the Baa Atoll, such as the Manta Ray Project for the protection and awareness of manta rays, as well as the Reefscapers project for the ecological restoration of numerous coral reefs in the Maldives.
