    A weekend in the countryside

    Open since June 2021, the Domaine de Primard is a bucolic address that Parisians are quietly sharing! Built at the end of the 18th century in a pure Directoire style, its transformation into a hotel was carried out while preserving as much as possible the original layout, the spirit of the former owners and the period decorative elements. The estate, certified  Relais & Châteaux, consists of a main house "la Maison sur l'Eure", a former farmhouse "la Maison du Lac", a former woodshed "le barn" and finally a longère "la Maison du Verger". Primard is a water house, with a moat on one side and the Eure on the other, but also a bucolic house with semi-free-roaming animals and splendid landscaped gardens including a rose garden housing over 250 varieties. 39 rooms (including 9 suites) each offer photogenic views of the estate. Primard is also about relaxation with a Susanne Kaufmann spa and high-flying gastronomy led by Eric Fréchon. You can choose between Eglantine (the gourmet restaurant) or Octave (the bistro) to perfect your weekend in the countryside, without sacrificing anything to taste...

    Primard is an ideal destination for a relaxing weekend with friends or a romantic escape, as well as for a sightseeing trip combining Paris, the D-Day landing beaches (2 hours), Mont Saint-Michel (3 hours) and the Loire Valley châteaux (3 hours). The pleasures of the table compete between the orchard, the bistro dining room and the more intimate lounge of the gourmet restaurant, with the expert touch of Éric Fréchon!

    ETHICS

    The estate's agriculture is organic, and the kitchen garden follows permaculture principles. Throughout the year, it produces fruit and vegetables that supply Chef Eric Frechon's restaurants. Domaine de Primard is home to native regional wildlife as well as domestic and wild animals living in complete peace. They are part of the landscape and help to define it and bring it to life.
