Misíncu

Wild Eden in Cap Corse

On the eastern coast of Cap Corse, in the heart of the Marine de Cagnano, barely 30 kilometres from Bastia, lies the Hotel Misíncu. Porticciolo Marine de Cagnano is an authentic jewel, a small port set in one of the finest valleys running down from the mountain range to the sea. In this wild paradise embraced by a dominant, almost enchanting nature, lies a luxurious beachfront hotel, offering its guests a home away from home beneath the Corsican sun. Misíncu's Cycladic and Mediterranean architecture is designed by Olympe Architecture, creating that very distinctive, authentic Cap Corse atmosphere, rooted in natural and bohemian elements. Across its 29 rooms and 7 villas with private pools, every decorative piece has been meticulously chosen; the details of wood, greenery, linen, Sardinian marble, and warm nude and beige tones allow the mind to settle at every turn. At Tra Di Noi, the bistronomic restaurant, fine dining is defined by vibrant Mediterranean cuisine accompanied by panoramic sea views. Thanks to the hotel's permaculture vegetable garden, traditional gastronomy even takes a locavore turn. Amidst the olive groves, the path leading down to the river stops at the Spa: 350m² dedicated to relaxation, including a sauna, hammam, pool, treatment rooms and a fitness area. Like an echo of the soothing nature of Cap Corse, it feels wonderful to let serenity wash over you. Misíncu's outdoor pool also invites relaxation, set against the building's elegant arches. This exceptional cocoon between turquoise sea and fragrant maquis, secret creeks and hidden beaches makes serenity an artist in residence.

Sheltered from the winds by the mountain, Porticciolo is bathed by a shallow sea where the water is always warm. At the height of summer, the nights remain pleasantly cool in this tranquil and restful landscape where perched hamlets, villas, 19th-century palacesth and hiking trails are just waiting to be discovered. Dive into the exceptional heritage of Cap Corse.

ETHICS

The hotel has also been awarded the European Ecolabel for its commitment to more responsible tourism: reducing plastic, recycling waste, promoting local crafts, conserving natural resources, and serving locally sourced food…
