Zannier Bai San Ho

The magic of the Cham country

Bãi San Hô is the latest addition to the Zannier group, a luxurious resort spread across nearly 100 hectares on a sublime peninsula away from the tourist crowds. The resort consists of 71 suites and villas, built in three different architectural styles, each blending wonderfully into a lush natural setting. The Hill Pool Villas are reminiscent of the Eden tribes, the Beach Pool Villas evoke the Cham tribes, and the Paddy Fields Villas, located next to the rice paddies, are built on traditional stilts. With 3 restaurants and 2 bars offering exotic atmospheres, Zannier turns every stay into a culinary journey featuring fresh, varied, and healthy food centred around the sea and the intoxicating flavours of the East. In addition to gastronomic experiences, Bãi San Hô offers a wide variety of activities right from the resort itself, including a water sports centre, a spa, a gym, yoga and aerobics classes, a beautiful swimming pool, two tennis courts, and cooking classes. You will also be invited to discover the surrounding area—the markets, fishermen, farmers, and temples—during authentic encounters with the local, always welcoming Cham population.

THE EXTRAORDINARY

Overlooking the property's rice paddies, the traditional Vietnamese restaurant Bà Hai is housed in an impressive 12-metre-high stilt building, highly distinctive with its steeply pitched (almost vertical) bamboo, rattan and wood ceiling. Open every evening, Bà Hai offers four set menus (to share). Each of these features ten dishes to share and a dessert, which best reflect four main culinary styles we have identified in Vietnam: Northern cuisine, Central cuisine, Southern cuisine and vegetarian options.

ETHICS

In addition to water treatment systems and renewable building materials, the most innovative aspect of the construction of Bãi San Hô was the approach to landscaping. Over 96.5% of the resort is covered in vegetation, which was fully preserved during construction. Two hectares were replanted by the team, ensuring a diverse habitat for wildlife (including endangered species), managing erosion on the hillsides and saving water by using drought-tolerant plants.
