Miniloc Island by El Nido Resorts

An island all to yourselves

Inspired by a Filipino village, Miniloc Island was built in the natural setting of a magnificent bay surrounded by huge limestone cliffs. Constructed primarily with local materials such as bamboo, wood and palm leaves, the island hotel, owned by El Nido Resorts, is considered one of the rare eco-resorts in the Philippines. It offers 50 rooms, spread across tropical gardens, the beach and stilted structures, giving the whole place an incredible look. Each room features an outdoor terrace or balcony, most often offering splendid views of the emerald waters of Bacuit Bay. Experiences are essentially centred around the sea, with a range of activities such as canoeing, paddle boarding, hobie cat sailing, windsurfing, and of course snorkeling and scuba diving. The restaurant offers a choice of Asian specialities that can be served on the beach or on one of the neighbouring islands. Not to be missed under any circumstances are the excursions to Miniloc's two most beautiful lagoons, the Secret Lagoon and the Small Lagoon.
