Sindabezi Island

A private island near the Falls

Sindabezi is a small, exclusive camp tucked away on a private island right in the middle of the Zambezi River. Only 5 chalets have been set up on the river's white-sand banks, giving the site all its magic. It is a true paradise to be combined with Tongabezi Lodge to fully enjoy Victoria Falls and the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park. The owners of Tongabezi Lodge had the brilliant idea of offering an alternative experience to their original lodge. Sindabezi Island is a unique little bushcamp in the region with its 5 thatched wooden chalets, running entirely on solar power. On your little island, you will feel like a pioneer, and your nights will be more starry than ever, punctuated by the grunts of hippos! As for the included activities, boat safaris, 4x4 drives, walking safaris, fishing, island lunches, floating dinners, and village and market visits will be on offer. And as optional extras, you can also take a helicopter flight over the falls, visit Livingstone Island, play golf, go white-water rafting, bungee jump, and enjoy beauty treatments... The list is long and a stay of at least 4 nights is recommended.
