Singita Kataza House

Located in north-west Rwanda, on the edge of the Volcanoes National Park, Kataza House enjoys a prime location for mountain gorilla trekking. Kataza comprises 4 superb suites featuring indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and large timber-framed windows opening onto breathtakingly beautiful volcanic landscapes. The villa has been designed using local materials such as volcanic rock, river stone, handmade ceramic tiles and red clay bricks made by the surrounding communities; a harmonious ensemble that links the structure to the landscape and its culture. The interiors have been carefully designed with a particular focus on Rwandan craftsmanship, featuring warm, earthy tones. Kataza pampers its guests with magnificent living spaces and, as a bonus, a gym, a dedicated treatment room, 2 swimming pools, a resident chef and a private guide.
