Little Kulala

Little Kulala

Little Kulala is reopening on 1 June 2020

Little Kulala is located in a private reserve at the foot of the large red dunes of Sossusvlei, on the edge of the Namib-Naukluft Park. 11 magnificent villas blending design and nature merge wonderfully into desert landscapes of striking beauty. A unique place in Namibia, a source of inspiration and relaxation. Nestled in the heart of the fabulous Sossusvlei desert, Little Kulala has established itself with charm and discretion at the foot of the great red dunes. This haven of peace is located along the dry riverbed of the Auab, in a private reserve, the Kulala Wilderness Reserve, stretching over more than 21,000 hectares on the edge of the Namib-Naukluft Park. 11 superb villas with large bay windows, thatched roofs and private pools blend to perfection into a landscape of strikingly arid beauty. Little Kulala has been decorated in neutral tones with astonishing designer furniture directly inspired by nature. 4x4 safaris by day and night, hot-air ballooning, horseback riding as well as guided walks will let you experience the splendour, solitude and beauty of Sossusvlei. Little Kulala is design and minimalism in the service of well-being within a breathtaking natural setting.

THE EXTRAORDINARY

ETHICS

The «Small Carnivore Project» was created when bat-eared foxes were recorded in the reserve, a sign of species rehabilitation. The research project has now been extended to other species including the aardwolf, a timid insectivorous animal often wrongly confused with hyenas.
