Singita Mara River Tented Camp

An exceptional camp

Situated on the banks of the Mara River in the Lamai Wedge, Singita Mara River is the very essence of an understated yet ultra-chic safari camp. The resolutely intimate camp offers just 6 canvas tents with a simple, modern, elegant design in shades of white and brown, in perfect harmony with the vast plains of the Serengeti and the nearby Masai Mara. It is the ideal base for observing the great migration and the epic river crossings when the time comes to move to new pastures. Small in size so as not to impact nature, the camp offers all the services of a "large" hotel, including 4x4 safaris, a massage service for guests' well-being, absolutely fresh cuisine and a small plunge pool to cool off in after days of intense emotion.

Right in the thick of the Great Migration in the Lamai triangle, Singita Mara River Tented Camp, as the name suggests, is nestled on the banks of the Mara River, putting it right in the front row for the ACTION!

ETHICS

Singita implements major projects in wildlife management and protection, reserve and ecosystem integrity, sustainable tourism practices and community development. Singita channels a portion of the profits generated by tourism into the Grumeti Fund, intended to finance local programmes, concession development and wildlife management, including the reintroduction of the black rhinoceros, which was decimated in the past.
