    In the north-west of Madagascar, just a 25-minute boat ride from Nosy Be, lies Nosy Komba, the ‘Island of Lemurs’ – an unspoilt, wild paradise home to the Tsara Komba Lodge. It is an ancient volcano covered in lush primary vegetation, providing a natural setting for eight splendid villas overlooking the crystal-clear waters of the Indian Ocean. Nestled in the heart of a breathtaking tropical garden, Tsara Komba is an ecolodge with a chic yet relaxed atmosphere. Once you’ve set foot on the island, you’ll be swept away by the untamed beauty of Nosy Komba. Surrounded by lush vegetation, the lodge’s eight villas have been crafted from fine local materials such as rosewood and the traveller’s tree. Each is individually decorated with tastefully sourced Malagasy furniture and features a beautiful bedroom with a four-poster bed, a desk, a bathroom and a large terrace offering sweeping views of the Indian Ocean and Grande Terre. The TK restaurant serves delicious organic cuisine featuring fish, shellfish, fruit and vegetables of the utmost freshness.
