THE EXTRAORDINARY
The interior and exterior architecture of Phum Baitang is breathtaking. Everything has been thought out down to the smallest detail: the omnipresence of wood, the refined decoration, the greige tones, the interplay of light... Everything combines to bring out the magic of an insolently tropical green!
ETHICS
Phum Baitang adopts an exemplary attitude towards waste management, notably for the irrigation of fields and rice paddies, which are watered exclusively with recycled water. The restaurant offers menus created from local market ingredients, as well as vegetables and herbs from the hotel's own kitchen garden. Bicycles are available to encourage guests to embrace an eco-friendly approach.
