The Rooster

Slow living in the Cyclades

There is a new, chic and discreet destination on the small Greek island of Antiparos… A place of freedom, refreshment, spiritual awakening and deep relaxation, called The Rooster. Comprising detached houses, this new concept hotel celebrates unpretentious aesthetics in the service of well-being, underpinned by a respect for the environment and Cycladic traditions. The accommodation comprises 17 one-bedroom suites and two-bedroom villas, as well as a three-bedroom farmhouse. Each has its own unique character and features a spacious living area, a private garden, a private swimming pool, an outdoor shower and breathtaking views of the island’s wild, unspoilt natural beauty. The interior design features clean lines, greige tones and natural materials. The cuisine embraces a "farm-to-table" approach, sourcing produce from the on-site farm and featuring the freshest catch of the day. The Rooster also offers organic picnic baskets, giving you the freedom to escape to a secluded beach on Antiparos. The spa perfectly complements the hotel’s holistic approach by offering natural treatments inspired by the philosophy of Slow Living.

Opening on 1 June 2021.

ETHICS

The Rooster’s holistic approach is based on respect for nature, which is reflected in the building and decorative materials, in the organic personal care and household products, in the dishes featuring cuisine centred on produce from the on-site organic farm, and in seasonal produce sourced mainly from local fisheries and local production on Antiparos (cheeses, meats and wines).
