The 20 rooms and suites come in cream and light grey tones, featuring bespoke decor punctuated with marble, wenge wood, polished steel and designer objects. At The Kitchen restaurant, which comes alive at lunchtime, the 1950s atmosphere is enhanced by animal and contemporary touches. On the floor below, stairs lead to a different world, entirely white, furnished with long sofas beneath more festive chromatic lighting. Connected to the lounge, the Bar is a comfortable parlour serving Florentine coffees or signature cocktails depending on the time of day. To enjoy breathtaking views of the facade of the Santa Maria Novella church, the hotel terrace is the perfect spot, ideally situated on the square of the same name. There you can enjoy an Italian-style aperitif or a candlelit dinner, featuring an organic menu that highlights Tuscan specialities.
