    ETHICS

    The Bellevue Syrene prioritises products from sustainable fisheries and, in particular, helps to protect tuna, a species threatened by human activity. The hotel also produces its own olive oil and spirits; and favours food sourced from organic, local and artisanal farms for its catering. The hotel minimises its waste as much as possible and currently achieves an 85% recycling rate. Finally, the Bellevue has installed a heat pump to optimise its energy consumption and reduce its carbon footprint.
