    The construction of the hotel followed a very precise set of specifications: to blend into the neighbourhood seamlessly and use a maximum of high-quality and sustainable materials. The building was erected using hand-made bricks from Pennsylvania, the wood was reclaimed from old buildings destined for demolition or sourced from sustainable forests, and the glassware and mirrors were salvaged and repurposed...
