    Situated on a natural site listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Ladera blends seamlessly into its surroundings thanks to its sustainable materials, such as wood and stone. In the restaurant, 70% of the ingredients used by the chef come from the island, and some are organically grown. Ladera is equipped with rainwater harvesting systems and solar panels. The hotel is also actively involved in the local community, helping to plant trees and clean up the roads, and aims to eliminate all single-use plastic. Ladera’s efforts to promote more sustainable tourism have earned it Green Globe certification.
