    Quark Expeditions has been exploring the polar regions for nearly three decades, taking travellers on unforgettable adventures in the Arctic and Antarctic. As a pioneer and leader in polar adventures, its mission is to take passengers beyond the ordinary, the predictable and the expected. Quark’s expeditions have always been driven by the discovery of new horizons and a commitment to taking clients where other ships cannot go. Quark offers seasoned expedition teams and passionate polar specialists, with English-speaking departures as well as bilingual French/English departures on certain dates. The World Explorer accommodates 172 passengers and 130 crew members on an Ice Class 1B vessel measuring 126 metres long and 19 metres wide. It offers the most comprehensive range of adventure activities on the market, along with a variety of balcony suites ranging from 20 to 33m², spacious public areas and numerous outdoor wildlife-viewing spots. This is complemented by an innovative combination of sustainable development features that exceed all industry standards.
