    The entire experience at ADLER Spa Resort SICILIA is focused on sustainability. The principle is simple: to blend the resort into the landscape without altering the natural balance and its beauty. The hotel has therefore opted for bio-architecture, with a dispersed layout of buildings and botanical oasis areas where native plants are grown. The "farm-to-table" concept is at the heart of the menus: all fruit, vegetables and herbs grow directly in the establishment's orchards and gardens. The rest of the ingredients come mainly from local suppliers and, preferably, from organic and biodynamic agriculture.
