Entirely pedestrianised, the island bans fossil-fuelled vehicles in favour of sustainable transport and the responsible management of water and energy resources. The resort’s eight restaurants prioritise ultra-short supply chains and producers from the Var region, whilst the artisans’ village showcases local craftsmanship and the circular economy, firmly anchoring the hotel within its Provençal ecosystem.
