Hostellerie de Levernois

THE BURGUNDY LOVERS' HAVEN

On the banks of the Bouzaize stands the Hostellerie de Levernois, a pretty bourgeois house featuring an elegant French formal garden and a majestic 5-hectare park with centuries-old trees. Susanne and Jean-Louis Bottigliero are the proud owners of this charming establishment, which skilfully combines tradition and modernity, in the heart of the prestigious Côte de Beaune vineyards. Spread across three buildings, 26 bright rooms and suites with colourful touches welcome you to make your stay in Burgundy an exceptional moment. At the gourmet restaurant, awarded a Michelin star, the Chef creates traditional cuisine with a contemporary twist. The kitchen garden provides produce for the simple and delicious menu at the Bistrot du Bord de l’Eau, located in the former kitchens dating from 1750. Finally, the cellar offers a choice of over 800 references among the most illustrious Burgundy wines. Sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet very close to Burgundy's major tourist sites, the Hostellerie de Levernois is the ideal place for a romantic getaway, a family holiday or an epicurean weekend discovering the region's fine wines.

ETHICS

The Hostellerie de Levernois is an authentic residence with the charm and character of a traditional Burgundian bourgeois house: Burgundian flagstones, exposed beams and terracotta floor tiles have all been carefully preserved. The hotel prides itself on fine dining and has chosen to grow some of its own fruit, vegetables and herbs, in addition to sourcing produce from local suppliers who share the same values.
