Luangwa Safari House

Private house in the bush

Luangwa Safari House is a stunning private villa belonging to Robin Pope Safaris, one of Zambia's safari experts. The house is the brainchild of architect Neil Rocher, inspired by local ecology and craftsmanship. The structure consists of 25 trees around which stone walls were erected before the design of a magnificent thatched roof. Inside, gorgeous ethnic decor echoes a nature that invites itself right into the house. Four suites, all different with legendary bathrooms, open onto landscapes of lush forests and waterholes attracting all kinds of animals. To complete this jewel, a refreshing swimming pool faces the large living room. South Luangwa National Park has a reputation for being one of the greatest wildlife sanctuaries in the world. Over more than 9,050 km², you can observe an incredible concentration of animals in a wild environment crossed by the fabulous Luangwa river system.
