Situated along the route of the famous Great Migration in the Serengeti National Park, Tanzania, this mobile camp invites you to step into the shoes of an explorer eager to discover new territories. After a safari expedition in a private 4x4 or on foot, you can relax in a hot bath drawn in your brass tub – a rare and regal ritual in a mobile tented camp.     Laba Migration Camp is a mobile camp that puts you front row for the great Tanzanian migration. The camp is dismantled and reassembled three times a year to follow the huge herds of wildebeest throughout the year, ensuring you do not miss a beat of the bush animals' rhythm of life: calving season, mating season, not forgetting the impressive crossing of the Mara River into neighbouring Kenya. By private 4x4 or on foot, your encounter with antelopes, wildebeest, zebras, lions, elephants or even leopards promises to be unforgettable.

    ETHICS

    Mobile camps are among the facilities with the lowest environmental impact: taking just six days to dismantle, the Laba Migration Camp disappears without a trace. The tents are made from sustainable materials, the bed linen is organic cotton, and the toiletries, from the African brand Healing Earth, are natural. The camp also runs on solar power, recycles its waste, offers an organic menu and works in partnership with local communities to recruit its staff.
