THE EXPERIENCES

THE EXTRAORDINARY
Thanda offers a triple experience: bush, ocean and culture, and that is what makes it so rich. The Vula Zulu initiative is truly unique, because beyond providing jobs, it proudly preserves Zulu culture by teaching the art of combat, ancestral dances, basket weaving, beadwork, etc.
ETHICS
Thanda is heavily involved in the preservation of Zulu culture. This translates into efforts to maintain the balance of the reserve, as well as the employment of local staff (over 250 people) and the creation of a living museum village, «Vula Zulu», designed to keep Zulu traditions alive on-site through performances.
