    Founders Camp

    It was on the banks of the Sand River, in the heart of the Kruger Park, that two friends set up their camp in the 1930s. This was the beginning of a great family saga that, in the 1970s, gave birth to a superb conservation project, Londolozi. The reserve offers 5 exclusive and intimate lodges, including Founders Camp, which will allow you to experience the Kruger in exceptional conditions. Londolozi is a magnificent private reserve acquired in 1926 in the heart of the famous Sabi Sand reserve, which became a conservation area in the 1970s and developed lodges of the utmost refinement. Founders Camp offers 10 chalets with refined decor, subtly blending modernity with tribal art in harmonies of beige and white. To complete this lodge, each of the 10 chalets features a private pool, ideal for refreshing oneself after a day on safari. Children aged 6 and over.

    The owners of Londolozi (which means «to protect» in Zulu) have implemented a sustainable development model based on the balanced management of the land by intelligently using its resources and integrating its visitors and inhabitants. As an example, the reserve is now spared from drought.
