ETHICS

The Casitas have been designed to blend in with their natural surroundings, and are made from local stones and other materials. The restaurant, meanwhile, is true to the country's gastronomic culture and uses fresh local ingredients daily. The treatments offered at the Spa are inspired by Dominican traditions, using locally grown plants and a range of natural products.
