Primarily plant-based, this menu aims to rediscover Bali’s forgotten flavours. With the kitchen opening out onto the jungle, guests can watch the chefs cook and prepare meals – a truly shared experience that allows them to discover Balinese cuisine. In the spirit of becoming one with nature, guests can also enjoy a sanctuary garden for meditation, reading or simply taking a break. Carefully selected for the ultimate adventure, the activities at Banyan Tree Buahan take guests off the beaten track and allow them to discover the deep roots of Balinese culture and nature.
