Each of its cottages has been skillfully decorated in a Swahili style by its Swedish owners, who are in love with the region and its artisans. The rooms and cottages, featuring Swahili architecture, offer unique interior design conceived by their owners, African art collectors, and are discreetly nestled in the vegetation along the ocean's edge. Kinondo Kwetu invites you to relax by its pool or beach and offers a variety of activities: diving in the crystal-clear waters, cruising in a traditional dhow or exploring the surroundings by kayak, big-game fishing, horse riding or safaris in Shimba Hills National Park...     The lodge offers attentive service provided by employees mostly coming from the surrounding villages. The Kinondo Kwetu Trust Fund was created to provide medical care to the villagers and support children's education.
