Nobu Santorini

Tranquillity in Santorini

Nobu Santorini is one of the finest addresses in Santorini to experience with your eyes closed! Nestled just outside Imerovigli, perched between the caldera and the sea, it is a discreet and chic sanctuary for couples or relaxed families. 25 rooms and suites as well as 5 pool villas have been designed in a refined Greek style with a touch of glamour. The infinity pool, bordered by succulents and ornamental grasses, is a true splendour at any time of day. At Nobu, the road comes to an end and gives way to hikers wanting to reach Oia when the summer heat is not yet too intense. Around Nobu, there is no traffic, no housing, no shops; it is the ideal setting to feel the powerful energy emanating from this incredible natural site formed by Santorini and its neighbouring islands. All the ingredients are here for a stay of at least 4 to 7 nights, featuring a bar with inventive cocktails, tasty seasonal cuisine, a comprehensive spa menu, all complemented by a young, talented and smiling team!

THE EXTRAORDINARY

Nobu, that is by far the most stunning sunset in Santorini we have seen, along with that rare feeling of being "alone in the world". The infinity pool, the bar, the restaurant and the majority of the suites all make the most of this exceptional view, enhanced by the graceful, curving white lines of the Cyclades. A haven of poetry and serenity!

ETHICS

The design of Nobu followed a strict environmental specification in order to minimise its impact on the island, notably including the installation of energy-efficient lighting, the use of recycled straws at the bar, the use of glass bottles, the reduction of paper printing with all menus in digital format, and the use of local ingredients and products in all recipes served in the restaurant.
